Frequently Asked Questions

Length of stay varies based on your level of care, individualized treatment plan, progress in recovery, and insurance coverage. In general, treatment timelines may include:

• Medical Detox: 7–10 days
• Residential Treatment: 20–30 days
• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): 14–30 days

*Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): 14-30 days

We recommend packing comfortable, season-appropriate clothing and personal items, including:

  • Shirts and casual tops
    • Long pants and shorts
    • Socks and undergarments
    • A sweater or light jacket for cooler indoor spaces and outdoor time
    • Tennis shoes, flip flops, or sandals
    • Comfortable, discreet workout clothing
    • Comfortable sleepwear
    • Unopened hygiene supplies and toiletries
    • Tobacco products (must be new and unopened upon arrival)
    • Disposable vapes or e-cigarettes labeled as pure nicotine only, with no additional additives, and sealed upon arrival

For the safety and comfort of everyone on campus, please do not bring:

  • Drugs or alcohol of any kind (these will be safely disposed of upon admission)
    • Drug or alcohol paraphernalia, including CBD and THC products
    • Overly revealing or inappropriate clothing
    • Clothing displaying drug references, paraphernalia, explicit language or images, or politically charged slogans

This list is not exhaustive. Final determination of prohibited items is at the discretion of the treatment team.

We offer visiting hours every Sunday. Visitors must be approved by the treatment team.
